Warranty & Repairs
At Siren Fine Jewellery, we take great pride in offering high-quality jewellery to our customers. We stand behind our products and offer a warranty to ensure that our customers have a worry-free experience with their purchases. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and applies to items purchased from Siren, subject to the following conditions:
Manufacturing Defects Warranty
Our manufacturing defects warranty covers repairs or replacements for items that have a manufacturing defect.
The warranty period is 12 months from the original purchase date.
We will repair or replace the item(s), at our discretion, free of charge if the item(s) has/have a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage. The warranty also does not cover loss of stones or damage to stones from wear and tear.
If the item(s) has/have been worked on or repaired by a third-party jeweller, the warranty is voided.

Claiming Warranty
To claim under this warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase.
Upon claiming, the item(s) will be evaluated by our jewellers to determine if it is a manufacturing defect or not.
If the item(s) proves to be covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it, if the item is determined to be not covered by the warranty but is still able to be repaired by us, the customer will be notified of repair costs.
