PROCESSING
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent immediately to your nominated email address. Orders are dispatched from Sorrento within 48 hours. Please note that orders placed over the weekend and/or on an Australian Public Holiday are processed on our following trading day.

If you've selected 'Local Pick Up' at Checkout, your order will generally be ready within 24 hours. Please note, orders can only be collected within our trading hours (Tuesday - Friday 10-5pm Saturday 10-4pm). You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection. 

TRACKING DETAILS
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include a tracking ID for your order. You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
To ensure your purchase arrives safely, all orders are sent via Express Post with Signature on Delivery, which typically delivers within 1-2 business days. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package upon arrival, or alternatively that the post office collection card can be left in a safe place.

SHIPPING COSTS
All Australian orders over $300 will automatically receive free Express Shipping*
All Australian orders under $300 will incur a flat rate of $15 for Express Shipping.

*Due to their size and weight, Trove products and Deakin and Francis decanters incur the following shipping costs (please note, these costs are still for Express Shipping):
